RA CA’s got it’s start on wheels. Our Food Truck has served the Holdrege area since June 2023. Our menu changes daily to feature our fresh catch of the day. We handcraft our Cajun and Mexican fare using recipes passed down in our families for generations. Now we also offer seating restaurant service in The Dale Residences at 805 4th Ave, Holdrege, NE 68949 on weekends.

We operate our Food Truck in Holdrege and the surrounding region.
